As part of our Supper Club series, we’re incredibly excited to welcome chef Sam Lomas of Briar restaurant in Bruton to Finns for a very special evening.
Sam’s cooking is rooted in seasonality, sustainability and a deep connection to the produce and landscape around him. Having started his career at River Cottage before going on to lead the kitchen at Glebe House in East Devon, Sam has also appeared on Great British Menu and was a Roux Scholarship finalist. He now heads up Briar in Bruton, where his menus celebrate the best of the season through simple, thoughtful and produce-led cooking.
For one night at Finns, Sam will be creating a special supper club menu, bringing his distinctive approach to seasonal cooking to Colyton.
The Finns bar will be open throughout the evening, with our carefully selected range of wines, craft beers and ciders, alongside a cocktail or two.
