Welcome to Finns — a boutique deli, bakery, coffee shop, and event space nestled in the ancient town of Colyton, East Devon.

What began in 2021 as a small coffee shop and gallery has gently evolved into something much more — a place where good food, community, and creativity come together.

At the heart of Finns is a love for the local and the handmade. We champion organic, biodynamic, and small-scale producers, working closely with farmers, growers, and makers who share our belief that food should be honest, seasonal, and full of flavour. Our shelves and counters are filled with thoughtfully sourced deli goods, freshly baked breads and pastries, and ingredients that celebrate the best of the region.

Whether you’re here for a morning coffee and cinnamon roll, a sourdough loaf still warm from the oven, or to gather for a private event, Finns is a space to slow down and savour the simple things — good food, good people, and a sense of place.
