At Finns Devon, we take pride in delivering high-quality deli products. Because many of our items are perishable, our returns and refunds policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining food safety standards.

1. Perishable Goods (Food Items)

Due to the nature of fresh and perishable products, we do not accept returns on food items.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

Your item arrives damaged
Your order is incorrect
Your product is spoiled or unfit for consumption upon arrival

To request a refund or replacement:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We reserve the right to decline claims made outside this timeframe.

2. Non-Perishable Goods

For non-perishable items (e.g., packaged goods, merchandise, or deli accessories), we accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Delivery Problems

Finns Devon is not responsible for:

Delays caused by couriers
Incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout
Missed deliveries where someone is not available to receive perishable goods

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, especially for chilled items.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if:

The request is made before the order has been dispatched

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of many products.
